Barmer, Church of All Saints, Norfolk

The Tower is C11th or C12th. The Nave is C13th. The North Aisle and Chancel are C14th.

Restoration was carried out between 1885-1886 by Frederick Preedy Architect, on behalf of the Kerslake family.

In 1970, the church was declared redundant and was taken into the care of the Norfolk Churches Trust.

Tower Roof Repairs

Grade II* Listed Building

Completion Date: January 2018

Repairs carried out:

  • New roof structure.
  • New lead roof covering and new water spouts.
  • New timber floor to the Belfry.
  • Fixed ladders to create access to the roof for maintenance.
  • Repairs to Tower walls and parapet.
  • Limewash internal Tower walls.
