This involved carrying out a full condition survey of the building, which was then used to prepare a detailed repair specification.  The project involved the restoration of all the masonry walls, conservation and repair of the stone work and the complete reconstruction of one of the structural internal spine walls.  New green oak roof structures were constructed and clad externally with lead.  New oak floor structures were installed, the windows glazed and a new staircase was installed to supplement the existing medieval spiral staircase.
